Phil Haywood established his business in 1983 after working and learning vast experience in his Fathers building firm. From leaving school, in fact before leaving school as Phil helped with his Dads building firm, he learnt all aspects of the building trade.

The late 80s saw Phil develop into a successful house builder, building several houses overseen by the NHBC.
Phil is happy to undertake any size project, from a simple roof tile replacement, to large extensions and alterations. He is also experienced in commercial work having completed project for a variety of offices and factories in the area.

2005 saw David his son join the business, which has been a great help, keeping the job running smoothly with enthusiasm.

Phil as always prided himself on working on projects himself. Always staying till completion and not just passing work on to other builders to finish off for him due to time pressure.

Any tradesmen brought in by Phil i.e. plumbers, electricians and any other specialist contractors, have been used for many years and he is not afraid to recommend them to others.
